Standard Delivery is 3-7 working days (excluding weekends / bank, public, mercantile, holidays / and any other special holidays declared by the government)Orders placed after 15.00 Hours, will be carried forward to immediate next working day.
Special Delivery can be arranged for orders within Colombo 1-15 and contact our sales team for further information.
Please note that there will be delays in the delivery of orders due to the prevailing covid-19 situation in the country.
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. All other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability, satisfactory quality or condition whether implied by stature or common law are excluded in so far as permitted by law.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

The item is faulty/damaged or is not of acceptable quality.
Please contact us via email or call within 3 working days of receipt of product, and we will make arrangements to return the product to us, in order for our team to evaluate and process the replacement or a refund.
Cancellation of an order may only be entertained if Biophilia deems the cancellation reason to be valid.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT (OUT OF STOCK)
Biophilia.lk only acts as an intermediary between the customer and the supplier for products advertised on our platform. Inventory of all products are not managed or maintained by biophilia.lk.
Some products may become unavailable or become out of stocks from time to time due to overselling by the suppliers. In such circumstances biophilia does not accept any liability whatsoever for the fulfillment of your order. In the event of a stock unavailability, biophilia.lk will inform the customer within 3 working days, and the payment can be refunded as per the “Refund and Returns Policy” guide lines.
