Notes: It takes us 7-14 days to process and curate this order.

Smooth, stout, reddish-brown stem carries thick, horizontal branches with leaf scars. The leaves are leathery, large, sessile, glossy, about 15-40 cm long and 10-18 cm broad, oblong in shape with a tapering base and apex, and crowded at the terminal ends of branches. Large, white flowers occur in hanging clusters, each with 4 distinct petals and numerous stamens. The fruit is large, about 10 cm, quadrangular, bluntly pointed, and one seeded. The outer cover is thick, fibrous and spongy to help dispersal by water.

Native tree. Resistant to salt spray, found in seashore, mangrove areas.
